Shipping within Australia
T.O.M Organic will deliver via Australia Post or any other postal carrier as deemed appropriate. Delivery will be to Australian addresses only. Please contact us at info@tomorganic.com.au should you require an international order.
Once the order has been received and payment has cleared please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Once payment has been cleared please allow up to 10 days for shipping.
Customer Service Policy
T.O.M Organic is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreed alternative.
Returns / exchanges
Returns/Exchange Policy
T.O.M Organic will only accept returns / exchanges on an item that is damaged, faulty or if the incorrect item was delivered. In the event that this occurs please email info@tomorganic.com.au – so we can provide information on how to return the item. We will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. An exchange will depend on stock availability.
Choose wisely as T.O.M Organic will not accept returns if they are simply a change of mind. The refund of return postage costs will be assessed according to the individual case.
